Playing in the Snow

We are in Twin Falls and took Macie outside the other day to play in the snow. Here she is in her big snow suit. She then proceeded to fall into a trailor that was parked on the side of the road. She landed right on the hitch with her mouth hitting first. Luckily- she lost no teeth and just has a really fat lip from it. It was kind of scary because of the amount of blood- but all is well.

Christmas Morning!!

We had our Christmas today becuase we are going out of town on Saturday and couldn't begin to pack all of our presents. It was so fun to do our own thing! Macie loved it! She was so excited to come down those stairs and see that kitchen that Santa brought. Then in the end- she was so excited to get her baby doll and stroller she wouldn't let them go. She also got a little purse with her baby which she is CONSTANTLY trying to wear and keep on her shoulder. She gets mad everytime it falls off and promptly turns to the purse and screams at it. Way to FUNNY!!

It was great. Once she opened one present and realized that something cool was inside- all she wanted to do was open the rest. She wouldn't really even look at what was in them- (unless it really caught her eye) she would just go and grab the next one. It was pretty funny. Needless to say- it was a WonDerFul Morning! Santa!!!!

We had our ward Christmas party the other day. We were so excited to see Macie see Santa and sit on his lap. We stayed the whole time just waiting for Santa. Finally- Santa showed up!! So we dashed to the front of the line (so we could leave and go home.) Well- needless to say all of our waiting was totally worth it just for this picture!!

Chagrin Falls

On Saturday we had the chance to go with some friends out to a little quaint town called Chagrin Falls. It was so fun! We went in hopes of seeing Santa- but Santa wouldn't be there for another 2 hours- so we just took our Family pic in front of the tree where Santa will be. Then we took a walk around the town. There are some waterfalls and a cute little park where there are ducks. Macie loved it. She was so excited to see the ducks and she loved the waterfalls too. We could have stayed there all day and she would have been happy- she did throw quite the fit when we left. It lasted all of the way to the car, where we had her sandwhich waiting for her. Then she was happy. Anyways- here are a few pics of our adventure.

The other day I was cleaning my kitchen and I found Macie doing this with my baskets. Too Funny!!

Hot Cocoa

So almost every morning for breakfast I have hot chocolate and toast. Well- Macie likes to have this with me and so we share the hot chocolate. The other morning while eating breakfast- Macie started to freak out when I left the table with the hot cocoa and so I came back and she wanted to hold it. Way to cute! Seeing her hold this big mug is really funny! She now does this every time we have this for breakfast. Well- when it happened the first time- I just had to get some pictures of it- so here they are.

Clock

Here is our newest project. It was so fun to do and it looks so good!! Who would have thought that we could be this creative?!! Yes- they are all real clocks with the correct times. The one in the middle is a working clock as well. Cool huh!! Let me know what you think about our new addition!

Snow?

Ok- So Macie found all of her snow stuff and was really excited to put it on- so, I put it on her and she was sooo happy! She wouldn't let me take it off of her- so I decided to catch a few pictures of her. Keep in mind that she does not sit still for pictures and I literally have to run ahead of her and push the button before I even see her coming! Here is what I got!

Macie Trick or Treating!

Happy Halloween- a few days late. Sorry it has taken me so long to post these- But here they are. Macie was a bumble bee this year. She was so cute. We had a few different trick or treating experiences this year so here are some pictures from each one. The first time we went she didn't do very well- she just wanted to hold the suckers in her hand and eat them, but by Halloween night- she did excellent. She was holding her own bucket and walking up to the doors. She didn't really care about the candy- she just liked the fact that people were putting things in her bucket. She would even do it herself if they let her. It was so cute! We tried to get a video of her doing it- but it didn't turn out to well- sorry. We hope though that you enjoy these pictures. (She also had antennae's but she wouldn't keep them on :( )

Fall trees

On Sunday we decided to take a walk over to a place called Shaker Lakes. Here is picture of some of the fall colors that we are seeing here. It is absolutley beautiful here. The trees are all changing colors and I am really loving it! I tried to get a few good pictures, but this is the only one that really turned out ok. I will try and take some better ones later.

Park day

Well- today was our last warm day. So I decided to take Macie to the park one last time before winter hits. Here are a few pictures of her enjoying it!

Macie's Owie

So on Sunday Macie went to nursery as usual. They ended up bringng her to me becuase her diaper was so full it was down around her ankles. (do you think we are trying to save money by not changing her diaper as often as we should? :) ) So I change her diaper and take her outside becuase the nursery was outside playing. So we are outside and she keeps trying to walk the curb like all of the other kids. After repeatedly taking her down and her still doing it- she finally fell and this is the result of her fall. She hit the pavement and caught herself with her head!!

Needless to say- we left church early. Poor thing.

Pumpkin Farm

Ok- so there is this place here called Patterson's Farm. It is very popular and everyone always says how much fun it is. So we decided to go. We went with some friends on Saturday and here are some pics of Macie with the pumpkins.

Play Time Movie

So Macie and I were playing today and she thought that I was being really funny. She was laughing so hard that I decided to get it on camera! Enjoy!! I sure did! She doesn't laugh this hard very often!!

Macie thinks she's ready to potty train!!!

So Macie's new favorite thing to do is sit on the potty and pretend that she is going to the bathroom, then she flushes and gets all excited, when really nothing ever happens! YEA!!

Columbus Day Parade

So there was a Parade yesterday down by the dental school. I guess there are a lot of Italian's here and they are very proud that Christopher Columbus is from Italy so they have a parade celebrating him. Anyways- Here are a few pics of us at the parade.

So, Macie got a new rocking chair and she loves it!!! Her favorite thing to do is sit and read books in it and if you come close to it or touch it- she will tell you "no,no,no!" It is just way to cute!!!

One of Geoff's favorite things to do is to use it as a foot rest just to hear her say that!

Geoff eating fish!!!!

Well- last night we went to the Psi- Omega (a dental fraternity) initiate party. All of the new members had to swallow a gold fish. Only they didn't know that. They were blind folded and brought out and then a gold fish was dropped into their mouth and they had to swallow it. Sounds fun huh!!! Here are some pictures of Geoff being initiated!!! He did do it and he did good. The only thing he said about it was that the fish got stuck to the back of his throat and he could feel the fin!!! YUCK!!!

We went to the coolest park today!!! Macie loved it!! They had sections of the park that are geared at kids her size and age! It is great! It is now our most favorite park. We could go there everyday and be totally happy! Her favorite thing to say when going down the slide is "WEE" only she says it in a really monotone voice with no excitement at all- which makes it really funny!!!
