Fun Summer Days!!!

Here are a few pics that I have taken the past few weeks and not posted. They are too cute not to show. Enjoy! This is Addie's messy face after having a popsicle.Macie's cheesy smile. She was soo happy because I let her blow bubbles. Here are my cute girls. They are getting so big. Macie looks really chubby in this picture, I promise, she really is not that big in real life!!! :)Making funny facesI love this picture. Look at those cheesy smiles. Addie is so excited to be on the bike, she just couldn't stop smiling and squealing. She loves to feel big.
Ok, I love, love, love this picture. Macie is thinking "not another picture" Addie is like "hey mom, look at me, I am sooo big!!!" HA HA sooo funny! I am laughing just sitting here looking at it!!Macie and Addie are becoming such good friends. Macie is so good with Addie and is starting to really love her and want to play with her. And Addie just adores her sister and wants to be wherever she is. It is so cute and nice.Smile!!Our neighbor was cleaning out his garage and found this toy, so he brought it over for the girls. It looks brand new and works great. The girls love it too. Here is Macie showing Addie the picture and how it works.Macie found these sun glasses in the car when I was cleaning it out. She thinks that they are sooo cool and loves to wear them. She also thinks they double as goggles for the pool. Whatever works. The day she found them, she wouldn't stop wearing them. So here she is at the dinner table wearing her cool glasses.

Quote of the day

Me: "Macie what do you want to be for Halloween?"
Macie: "A big big pumpkin, because I have a big big head!"

Awesome! You said it sweetie, not me!

Gameday

So, Yesterday I took Geoff to the Notre Dame vs. Michigan game. Let's just say it was AWESOME!!!! I now have a renewed care about football. (Geoff thinks that this is great!) I surprised him with tickets (he didn't know what to do, I am pretty sure that he thought I was joking) and we went up to Ann Arbor, MI to one of the biggest stadiums in the nation. It was so CRAZY!!! The amount of people in the stadium topped off at over 110,000 people. Like I said, CRAZY! And these people are die hard fans! For example, I wore a green and white striped shirt yesterday (because it was cute not because I was going for Notre Dame), and when we would walk by people they would yell at me "GO BLUE!". Next time I will make sure and check the teams colors and plan accordingly!
The field from our seats. We bought the tickets from a season pass holder, so they were great!! We were in the shade the whole time, which was nice since it was such a beautiful day!The Notre Dame band spelling out "IRISH".The Michigan band spelling "M".

Here is the football team running out onto the field. Here is little Geoffy. So excited to be here in person and see the game!!! He says that I am the awesomest wife ever and that I have fulfilled a life dream. I.AM.COOL. :)

Macie first day of school

Macie had her first day of preschool on Tuesday. She was sooooo excited. She has been waiting for this for so long. She has been asking for about the past month everyday if it was a school day yet. She looks so cute and big going into the classroom. I went to drop her off and she just gave me a little wave and had a huge smile on her face. She didn't even cry or turn around to see if I was still there. Nothing. It was kind of sad. It was like she didn't need me anymore. I sat there at the door just watching her for the next 10 minutes, kind of hoping that she would look up to see if I was still there, but alas, she didn't, I cried on my way out the door, and that was that. She loves it so far and is having a good time. Her teachers say that she is very good in class and listens really well, so that is good.
I told her to say cheese and this is what she did. She turned around so I could get a picture of her cool backpack. Here she is soooo excited. She just is so cute and big. I love you sweet Macie, have fun at school!!
