Macie: "mom, I want to have bracelets on my teeth like aunt Nana"
Me: "Your to little to have braces, and they are not fun to have, they hurt your mouth and give you owies."
Macie: "but I want them. I want to be like Nana."

That's so funny. I used to try and mess up my teeth so I could get braces. Now I count my lucky stars that I never needed them!
